I had the pleasure of staying at Volcano Side Bali, where the exceptional care extended to my elderly parents truly touched my heart. the air conditioning in our room provided a welcome respite from the tropical heat, ensuring a comfortable stay for all of us. the thoughtful provision of tea and coffee facilities allowed us to unwind on the terrace, taking in the breathtaking views of Mount Butur. the attentive staff even went above and beyond by offering to pick up food from a local Warung, showcasing their genuine warmth and dedication to ensuring a memorable experience for guests.
